We hope that your exam term hasn’t been too stressful so far. If you want a break from revision or a snack, make sure you check the St John’s Cambridge Students page as well as the St John’s Welfare page for updates on when we’ll be providing free snacks at various places around college!
Due to popular demand, we are bringing back yoga on the backs very soon so make sure you look out for the event page – it’s a really great break from revision and is open to absolutely everyone. If you’ve never given yoga a try, then now is the time. It’s completely free and mats and blocks will be provided.
Finally, make sure you all look after yourselves and your mental health during this very stressful term and make some time for things that you enjoy – and always remember that there are loads of people you can talk to in college, including: friends, your tutor, the health centre, the college counsellor and many more.
