Publicity

There would be no point in organising fantastic events in and around college if nobody knew about them, which is where Publicity comes in. From college ents, to RAG fundraisers and music concerts, it's my job make sure you know what's going on! So if you want something publicised to other Johnians, just let me know.

Firstly, the College noticeboards are great places to put up posters or notices. Anyone is free to put things up in the post room by the Great Gate Porters' Lodge or on the large noticeboard outside the buttery. Given that nearly every single Johnian will pass through these areas at least once a day, it is probably the best way to get something known. Likewise, don't forget to have a look to see what is going on when you're by the noticeboards. There are also the JCR's weekly bulletins which are emailed to all college members and the JCR's very own website.  So if you would like the JCR's support in publicising an event or campaign, either email the Publicity and Sponsorship Officer, Aurora Horwood, at aah27@cam.ac.uk or contact the relevant JCR officer.
