Fancy another fresher's week? Now you have the chance! Sign up to be a fresher's rep next year and you'll get all the benefits of the week just for helping us out with the events. Nat // Ents

Want to take over ENTS for a term?

Want to take over the job of ***ENTS OFFICER?***

Since our Ents Officer, Nat, is leaving to have some fun on her year abroad, we're looking for an individual dedicated to making sure everyone is college has a great time!

What does this job involve?

Since you would only take over for Michaelmas (after which you can get yourself re-elected), the main part of your job would be helping to organise Fresher's Week (namely the Back 2 Skool party), as well as an ent at the beginning and end of term.

You need to come up with a theme, sort out the formalities with college and buy loads and loads of booze. You need to organise the set up and clear up, and write a rota for the night - it definitely isn't as hard as it sounds!!!

Do I need any special skills?

Not at all! You just need to be friendly and love seeing people have a good time..and being organised could help you as well.

Want to know more?

Email Nat (ns449) and she will be happy to have a chat with you. Good luck!

JCR Joke of the Day

Woman: Is there a problem, Officer?

Officer: Ma'am, you were speeding.

Woman: Oh, I see.

Officer: Can I see your license please?

Woman: I'd give it to you but I don't have one.

Officer: Don't have one?

Woman: Lost it 4 times for drunk driving.

Officer: I see...Can I see your vehicle registration papers please.

Woman: I can't do that.

Officer: Why not?

Woman: I stole this car.

Officer: Stole it?
